Scott, Mary Virgina Pickering, of Irvine CA, formerly of Quincy, MA, passed away on October 20, 2013 at the age of 53 after battling a long bout of cancer. She is survived by her husband, Richard B. Scott and children, Justin, Stephanie, Cassandra and Bridget. She is the daughter of Mary Joyce Pickering and the late Ralph A. Pickering. She is also survived by her siblings, Kim Villanueva, Donna Lee Gulizia, Ralph Pickering and John Pickering. She also leaves behind many loved nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins. A funeral mass will be celebrated Thursday, Oct. 24 at 9am at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Reception to follow at the church.
