Matz, Catherine Eyraud, passed away Nov. 7, 2017. A 49-year resident of Tustin, CA, she was born Dec. 2, 1938 in Eureka, CA. A proud Native Californian and graduate of Wilson High School (Los Angeles), she (and her husband) enjoyed traveling, spending time with family & friends and were original owners in Tustin Meadows. Catherine was preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard; parents, Shirley & Ambrose; and sister, Emily. She is survived by her devoted daughter, Rene' Thompson (Donald) and the light of her life granddaughter, Caroline Sarah. Graveside Services will be held at Riverside National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Building Project at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic School, Yorba Linda, CA.
