Lopez-Martinez, Daveen Darnell
Born 07/11/66-Deceased 11/23/11 Daveen's life is one to celebrate not one to mourn; she lived, laughed, and loved to the fullest. There was not a person who met her or that she met who was not left with a lasting memory. Daveen fought a tough battle all her life with heart problems, often never letting anyone know she was ill, just so she wouldn't be thought of as different. Daveen was battling pneumonia. She beat it and then relapsed and lost her battle. She was a daughter, wife, mother, granddaughter, sister, cousin and a friend to many. God gave her to us and he felt the need to take her from us at a young age for reasons we will never know.

Daveen was a member of St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, in Anaheim, CA. She attended Maxwell Elementary, Dale Jr. High and graduated from Magnolia High School, Class of 1984, all in Anaheim, CA. She worked many jobs but her last was with Lynch Ambulance as a Medical Biller.

Daveen is survived by her mother, Debbie; father, David Lopez; husband, Martin Martinez; children, Danica Elizabeth and Zachary Daniel; grandmothers, Marian Conrow and Jenny Lopez; brothers, David and Jerry, many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

I held you the day you were born and I held you the day you died, this is not the end my child, I will hold you again, I love you-Mom

A viewing will be held on Monday, Dec. 5the from 4pm-8pm. A rosary will begin at 7pm, Westminster Memorial Park Chapel in Westminster, CA. Mass will be held at St. Justin Martyr Church on Ball Rd. in Anaheim at 10 am on Dec. 6th. Interment at Westminster Memorial Park.
