Hess, Rolf Waldemar was born in Wilthen, Germany on December 30, 1940. Sadly, he passed away on December 17, 2017 in Diamond Bar, CA. He immigrated to the United States in the early 1960s and served in the US Army and was discharged honorably on June 11, 1964. He worked as a tool and die maker for over 60 years and owned his own business. Rolf loved aviation, photography and soccer which he played until his 60s. He married his wife Roswitha in 1963 and had 3 daughters, Christine (Tim Cody), Karin (Joe Graves) and Debby and 6 grandchildren, Sean, Ryan, Daniel, Everett, Joshua and Nicholas. Rolf will also be remembered by his siblings Manfred and Edda, extended family and many dear friends. He was loved and will be missed. Funeral Services will take place at Riverside National Cemetery at 1:00pm on January 11, 2018. A celebration of life will be held at the Phoenix Club in Anaheim at 2:00pm on January 14, 2018.
