Neill, Harley R. 83, born June 15, 1931, went to be with the Lord, February 26, 2013. He is going to be extremely missed by all whom knew this beautiful man. Pops touched many people in his life through his work as a civil structural engineer, he graduated Cal-Poly San Luis Obispo where he played in the "Collegiates" band and was part of the team who designed the infamous Geo-Dome at the Cal-Poly campus. He also had many designs in Los Angeles and Orange County along with the Society of American Military Engineers. To all of his friends at Moffatt & Nichol Engineers, he loved you dearly. He loved what he did. Pops was predeceased by his love and companion and friend, Faye McCallum, as her family was a true extension of ours; Nick her son, Christina, their kids, Jessica and Kyle and Marie Rick from Colorado, Christine from AZ. He loved all of you like his own. As for his family, he is survived by 2 sons, Michael and his son Christopher, Steven and his wife Christine and their kids Seth, Brianne, Railene Emily and Evelyn; and 3 great grandkids; his daughter, Darlene "Penny" Stephens and her 2 sons, Jason and Michael. Also very dear to "Pops", Amy and Matt Mueller of Bismark, North Dakota and their 2 kids. Also predeceased by his wife, June and her children, Brian and his wife Athena, their children Jacob, Rebecca, Vicki and her husband Mike, their children Julianne and Maximillian.
