Casey, Francis James, born in Wexford, Pennsylvania, married to Ruby Lee Minton for 23 years, died on Monday, July 11, 2016.

Francis is survived by his son, Robert Foster (Jennifer Foster, spouse, granddaughter, Graceann); daughter, Rebecca Zupan (Mark Zupan, spouse, granddaughter, Adrienne); daughter, Kolleen Dunphy (John Dunphy, spouse, grandsons, Joshua, Noah and Luke); daughter, Karla Petrime (Craig Petrime, spouse).

Francis was very active in the Catholic Church and he enjoyed dancing and gardening.

Funeral Services will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church 566 S Glassell Street, Orange, CA 92866 on Thursday, July 14, 2016. Vigil will be held at 10:45-11:15 AM and Mass at 12:10 PM. In lieu of flowers please send donations to Holy Family Catholic Church.
