Tributes for

DeClue, Marjorie Hennessey

Marjorie Hennessey DeClue passed peacefully from this world to the next on Feb 6, 2012.

While her career in real estate lasted over 30 years her vocation was service. As well as being a parishioner of St Cecilia in Tustin for 45 years, where she served on the Pro-life and Mission boards, she volunteered for many outreach projects including: Chairman of the Cardinal Mindszenty Foundation in southern California for 25 years, Mary's Kitchen for the homeless, Serra Club, St Francis Xavier Mission Board, St Joseph's Radio "Catholic Man of the Year", and countless committees supporting St. Michael's Norbertine Abbey and Preparatory High School.

Diminutive in stature, big in personality she was a talented, caring friend, only ruthless when playing bridge. Her family meant the world to her and she asked that you pray for them. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Joseph, four children and five grandchildren.

Rosary at 6:45pm on Friday, February 10th at St. Michael's Abbey, 19292 El Toro Road, Silverado, CA 92676, with funeral at 2pm Saturday February 11th.

Donations to St. Cecilia's Missions, St. Michael's Abbey and Prep school.
