Charles Joseph Bigelow died on February 15, 2013 after a brief illness. He was born on May 23, 1926 in Albany, N. Y. to Bridget McNulty Bigelow and Charles Joseph Bigelow. He is survived by his longtime devoted companion, Frances A. Holt of Palm Springs and extended family. Charles will always be fondly remembered by those who knew and loved him for his smiling Irish eyes and his loving and generous spirit. He grew up in Albany and Lake George, N. Y., attending St. Vincent Grammar and High School. His career was spent in the food and beverage industry. Relocated to Los Angeles in 1965 and later to Palm Springs in 2001.
