Cassel, Judith Renee
Judith Renee Cassel (nee Reiswig) was born in Denver, Colorado on December 8, 1946 and passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in Fullerton, California after a long struggle with Systemic Lupus and Parkinson's disease. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert and Dorothy Reiswig and is survived by her husband, Richard Cassel; daughter, Julie Ho and husband Jeffrey Ho; daughter, Debbie Tamayo and husband Michael Tamayo; grandchildren Kaitlyn Ho, Kristen Ho, Alyssa Tamayo and Chad Tamayo. She is also survived by her brothers, Oran Resiwig (Norma), Jon Reiswig, Sr. (Suzanne), and Robert Reiswig (Lyvern); and many nieces and nephews. She graduated from Orangewood Academy, attended Fullerton College, was an active member of the Fullerton Seventh Day Adventist Church, and was a Fullerton resident for 69 years. She was a talented pianist, cherished her family and friends, and especially loved being a grandma. Her enthusiasm for her family and her caring and loving nature will be sorely missed by her family and friends. A memorial service will be held at the Fullerton Seventh Day Adventist Church located at 2355 W. Valencia Drive, Fullerton, CA 92833 on April 23, 2016 at 3:00 PM.
