Francis Michael Casey, born August 29,1926 in San Pedro, CA and resident of Tustin, CA for 48 years, died August 10, 2015. He was a graduate of Saint Anthony HS, Long Beach and Loyola Marymount College. Additionally, he earned degrees from USC, Chapman College and Claremont Graduate School (PhD). As a retired Lt. Col., USMC, he served 30 years through WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. Additionally he was a professor and CSUF administrator. Together with is wife Mary Kinuko, they raised six children.

He was predeceased by his wife Mary (2013) and his son Timothy (2011). He is survived by his daughters, Rita Haines (Chris), Barbara Blasco (Robert) and Annie Dreyfus (Richard); sons, Michael and Vincent (Molly) Casey; sisters, Teresa Mullen and Catherine Greengard; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be at 3:00pm on 8/16/15 at Shannon-Bryan Mortuary followed by the Rosary at 4:00pm. His Funeral Mass will be at St. Cecilia Church, Tustin, CA on 8/17/15 at 11:00am followed by interment with Military Honors in Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Orange, CA.
