Bill, 81 years of Citrus Heights passed away peacefully at home on 12/22/2012 during the night. Born 8/17/1931 in Chester, CA, the only child of the late Edward and Louise Bell. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Marilyn Bell. Beloved father of Wayne Bell (Connie), Bob Bell (Debbie), Kathy Blankenship, and Debi Banks (Gary). Devoted grandfather of 8 & great grandfather of 16. Bill loved camping, fishing and hunting with his family and friends. He proudly served 3 years in the US Air Force. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends who are all invited to attend viewing at at Lind Brothers Carmichael Oaks Chapel, 4221 Manzanita Ave on 12/28/12 from 10:00 -12:00. Memorial Service and Interment will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Calvary Catholic Cemetry, 7101 Verner Ave, Sacramento, CA.
