Mary Ellen Yates A memorial Mass will be held to celebrate the life of Mary Ellen Yates, daughter of Eugene Edward Yates and Patricia Lynch Yates. Mary Ellen passed away at the age of 59 at her home in San Rafael sounded by her family on Friday, May 18th, after a courageous fight with breast cancer. All are welcome at St. Anselm Catholic Church, at 97 Shady Lane, Ross, CA on Thursday, May 31st at 11am. A reception will follow. A full obituary will appear in tomorrow's Marin Independent Journal.
