Wright, Mary Nancy
Passed away peacefully at home, Dec. 29, 2013 surrounded by her family and friends she loved most. She was born in Placerville, CA on March 17, 1943. She is the beloved wife of 35 years to William R. Herd. Mother to Jim Fuqua, Billy (Kerrie) Herd, Sherry (Sean) Herd-Sprague, Sandy (Anthony) Greco and Jeff Holmes. She is survived by 11 grandchildren & 4 great grandchildren. In addition, she is survived by 3 broth- ers, Vernon (Ursula) Lichtenberg, Kurt (Trish) Lichtenberg, Mark (Lichtenberg); 1 sister, Sharon Herd; as well as many nieces & nephews. She will be missed by all who knew her, including her many friends, family members, neighbors and co-workers. Celebration of Life: January 14, 2014, 11:00 a.m., at Lions Gate Hotel, 3410 Westover Street, McClellan AFB. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's name to the Sacramento SPCA (SSPCA.org) or Sutter Hospice (suttercareathome.org).
