Ubl, Genevieve, of Tustin, died peacefully at her home Wednesday morning the 19th of November at the age of 93.

Gen was born on April 22, 1921 in Ontario, Canada and she was the eldest of 6 children raised in Barrington, IL. She worked as a nurse at Loretto hospital in Chicago where she met her husband, Dr. Adrian H Ubl. They fell in love quickly and were married on Sept. 4, 1943. They started their family in Berwyn, IL where they raised 7 children and then moved to California in 1958 and had 3 more.

Her sons, Adrian and Larry; daughters, Adine Gann, Mary Gifford, Jan Van Stry, Lenette Brown, Genny Cameron and JoAnna Foster; as well as her 22 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren survive her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adrian and sons, Terry and Steve.

Viewing will begin at 5:00PM with a Rosary to follow at 7:00pm at Saddleback Chapel in Tustin on Friday, November 28th. Her Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Cathedral on Saturday November 29th at 10:00am.
