Slater,Sally Elizabeth Sally passed peacefully on September 30, 2014. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2012, and its subsequent return in 2014 that took her life. Her beloved and cherished children, C.J., Pat, and Michelle Brown, honored her wishes to pass quietly, and she was most grateful to them for their loyalty and care. They were her pride and joy. She is also survived by her mother, Bernie Slater and her loving brothers, Dan, Tom, Bob and Steve. She was preceded in death by her father Bill, and siblings Patricia Ann and Michael. Thanks to dear friend Sharon Schuster for helping her and her children this last year. Thanks also to all the caregivers for their devoted care this past month. She was proud to be employed at Kaiser for 15 years. The majority of that time at S. Sac. Kaiser. She was thankful for the care of Dr. Jan Rogers and Dr. Kirill Berejnoi along with several in the S. Sac Palliative team for their support. No services per her request. Cremation handled by W.F. Gormley & Sons.
