Pulido, Juanito

Our mom Juanita (Tanagon) Pulido was born on December 27, 1919 in the province of Batac, IIocos Norte, Philippines. She passed away in her sleep on October 18, 2014 surrounded by her family.
In 1948 she met and married the love of her life, our Dad, Gene Pulido and raised two sons, Rey (Gloria) and Ismael Pulido (Patricia). In 1954 she came to the United States with her sons to join Dad already in San Francisco. She immediately sought citizenship and obtained her high school diploma at night. She also obtained employment at the San Francisco Hilton Hotel where she was a sous chef for over thirty years.
Mom was predeceased by Dad. She is survived by her two sons and grandchildren Kenneth, David, Trisha and Tessa Pulido as well as great-grandson Robbie Pulido.
Friends may visit after 3PM on Friday, October 24 and are invited to attend a Vigil Service, also on Friday, at 7PM at the chapels of Valente Marini Perata and Co., 4840 Mission St., SF. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, October 25 at 11AM at St. Kevin Church, 704 Cortland St., SF. Committal to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery, 1500 Mission Road, Colma.
