Jose G. Ramirez
Passed away at Pomona Valley Hospital on Friday, March 22, 2013. Jose was born on March 19, 1939, in Jalisco, Mexico, to Francisco and Hermenejilda Ramirez. He was a resident of Los Angeles for 40 years, and then moved to Montclair in 1994, till the remainder of his life. Jose was a retired butcher. He was a professional wrestler at the Olympic Auditorium, back in the late 60's, early 70's. Jose's passion through out the years was lifting weights. He is survived by his lovely wife, Landina, and their 6 children. Rosie (Juan) Miranda, Bertha (Salvador) Morales, Hector Ramirez, Alfred Ramirez, Fernando (Darlene) Ramirez, Bobby ( Marisa) Ramirez, and 21 grandchildren. He is predeceased by his daughter Evita Ramirez. Jose will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is at peace with The Lord.
