Passed away peacefully on November 10, 2013. Beloved mother of Tom (Helen), Sam (Esther), Daniel (Dorothy), Edward (Jadde), John (Jeanne); cherished grandmother to Karen Ellis and Patti Frasca, Curtis and Andrew Hong, Terri Yin, Tracy Hong Ross, Christopher and Jeffery Hong, Mitchol and Kelly Hong, and Brittany Hong. Great-grandmother to Brittany, Faith, and Nicholas Ellis, Kara, Karisa, and Carston Frasca, Alyssa and Emily Yin, Devon and Ariana Ross, Aaron and Ashley Hong. Beloved sister of Bow Song, Shun Wang (Gum Lon) and Po Kam Young and beloved godmother to Lily Yee. She was born in Canton, China on July 7, 1917. She touched many lives with her kindness and generosity. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends, we love you Mom. Friends and relatives are cordially invited to attend the visitation on Friday, November 22, 6 p.m.-7 p.m. and Funeral services on Saturday, November 23, 10:30 a.m. Both services held at McAvoy-O'Hara Co, 4545 Geary Blvd, @ 10th Ave., S.F. CA.
