Kathyrn Heagney October 31, 1956 - May 9, 2012 Kathy passed away peacefully after a short illness with her family by her side. Kathy was born in Florida, but spent most of her life in Alaska and the last twelve years in San Francisco. She is survived by her husband, Brendan; her mother, Patricia; her father, Jack; her daughter, Taynia; her granddaughter, Tatem; her sisters, Barbara and Terry. She was preceded in death by her brother, Johnny. Kathy was my wife, my buddy, and my best friend. She just loved life. She enjoyed being around people. Everybody was her friend. She loved to cook ... and as for football, no team was as good as the Denver Broncos. She was so excited when her granddaughter came along, she couldn't wait to be called "Grannie." For all who knew her she will be dearly missed, but we know she is in a better place today. Friends may attend the Memorial Service Friday, June 1st at 7:45 pm at St. Gabriel Church, 40th Ave & Ulloa St., San Francisco.
