Castro, Estanislado G., known as Pedro to his friends, died peacefully on Wednesday, June 27, 2012 in his Santa Ana home at the age of 88.

He was born on May 7, 1924 in Santa Ana, California. He had a passion for deer hunting, fishing, and attending his garden. But, most of all he loved his family and was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

He is survived by his wife, Maria T. Castro; 13 children; 23 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 daughters and 1 son. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him.

A rosary will be held Monday, July 2, 2012 at 6:00 pm with a viewing from 7:30 pm-9:30 pm in Our Lady Of Guadalupe-Delhi. A funeral mass will be held Tuesday, July 3, 2012 at 10:00 am in Our Lady Of Guadalupe-Delhi 541 East Central Avenue, Santa Ana, CA 92707, followed by interment at Holy Sepulcher Cemetery- Orange, CA
