Edgar Navarro Rabara, born February 5, 1953, passed away at age 60 in Los Angeles, California on September 19, 2013 due to complications of a Thoracic Aneurysm. He is survived by his children: Sheila, Rodel, Shelby Ann and Ernest; grandchildren: Evangeline and Alexander; and sisters: Edna, Emma and Grace.

Edgar was born in San Fernando, La Union Phillipines and grew up in Baguio City, Phillippines. He immigrated to the United states in his early 20’s in 1975. He worked as a Registered Nurse for most of his life here in America. He started off in Florida and eventually made his way to California. He enjoyed Winston cigarettes, Las Vegas and poker. He also enjoyed eating at Red Lobster, and also enjoyed fiji pineapples and kiwi fruit. He traveled to the Philippines often to spend time with his family.

A Viewing/Memorial service will be held at Brown Colonial Mortuary on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 3pm to 8pm. Service will be at 6pm. Per Edgar’s wishes, we will also be scattering his ashes at sea on Saturday, September 28, 2013 at 10:00am.
