Dorris, Ann Fremont passed away peacefully on Sept. 15, 2014 surrounded by friends and family. Survived by her husband, Michael; children, Christopher, Jennifer, Megan (Tim) and Kevin (Ruriko); brothers, Fil, Richard (Lily) and Michael (Julie). Annie was gram to nine grandchildren, Christopher, Dylan, Kenna, Brayden, Lauren, Grayson, Sydney, Serei and Hailey. She loved them to the moon and back. Born on March 16, 1946 in Detroit, MI; moved to southern Calif. in 1962 with her family. Annie graduated from high school in San Diego and later from Cal State Fullerton. She was a lifelong singer and had the most beautiful voice which she shared at church and with friends, family and especially with her grandchildren. Annie was an artist both with a brush and as a master hair stylist. Her husband Michael was her client for 14 years before they found themselves single at the same time. They married five years later and Annie became a wonderful step-mother to Michael's children. Annie will be remembered for her energy, kindness, engaging personality, giving spirit and most of all love. A Celebration of Annie's life will be held on Friday, Oct. 10th at 11:00 am at the Coast Hills Community Church, 5 Pursuit, Aliso Viejo, CA 92656. A reception will immediately follow at the church.
