Our beloved son Isaiah was born April 7, 1999, in Sacramento, CA. He was tragically taken from us on October 3, 2015, at the age of 16. Isaiah is survived by his parents, Dennis & Jacque Diaz; sister Rayanna; brothers Dennis Jr. and Joseph; niece Adelina; grandparents, uncles, aunts, and many cousins and friends. Services will be held at Weslyn Methodist Church, 6600 Steiner Dr., Sacramento: Viewing Oct. 15, 4-8pm, and funeral Oct. 16, 10am, followed by interment at St. Mary's Cemetery.
