Churney, Helen, passed away on September 15, 2011 in Orange, California. Helen was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, one of six children. The joys of her life were her marriage to her late husband Bernard (Barney) for 58 years and the births of their six children, Ronald, Bonita, Robert, Cynthia, Marianne and Thomas. She is survived by her six children; her three grandchildren, Robert Jr., Jonathan and Kiona; her brother, Wasyl, and many loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Anna, her sister, Mary and her brothers, Michael (survived by his wife, Kathryn), Steve and Harry (survived by his wife, Carol). Family and friends will be received at Ferrara Colonial Mortuary, 351 N. Hewes St. in Orange Wednesday, September 21, 2011 from 6-8 p.m. (rosary at 7pm), and funeral services are scheduled Thursday, September 22, 2011 at 10 a.m. at San Antonio Catholic Church, 5800 E. Santa Ana Canyon Road in Anaheim Hills.
