Lisa Buchanan, 41, of Elk Grove, passed away with her husband, family and friends by her side on March 22, 2015. She was born to Floyd and Sue Bell of San Francisco, March 2, 1974. Lisa graduated from Woodland High School in 1996 and received a BS Degree in Business Administration from CSU, Sacramento in 2001. She was a Research Program Specialist for the State Board of Equalization. She is survived by her husband Dwight; daughters Monica and Naomi; her mother Sue Bell, all of Elk Grove; and brother, Keith Bell of Potomac, Maryland. She is also survived by many relatives and friends. Scholarshare College Savings Plan (#11975890) has been established for her daughters.
