Brown, Harold LeRoy Harold "Roy" Brown, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. He was 80 years old. Roy will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 52 years, Joyce Markel Brown, and his four sons, Vince (Cherie), Greg (Carol), Mark (Linda) and Gerran (Sarah). His thirteen grandchildren will greatly miss their "Poppy", Michael, Molly, Lindsay, Samantha, Emilee, Conor, Gerran, Betsy, Dillon, Joseph, Tommy, Meg and Zachary. He is preceded in death by his sister, Lynette Norman. Visitation will be held from 3:00 - 6:00 pm on Friday, May 20th at Brown Colonial Mortuary, 204 W. 17th Street, Santa Ana (the family welcomes all those who wish to stop by and pray the Rosary during this time). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at twelve o'clock noon on Saturday, May 21st, St. Joseph Catholic Church, 727 N. Minter Ave, Santa Ana. A private burial will be held on Monday, May 23rd. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to Catholic Charities, 1820 E. 16th Street, Santa Ana, CA 92701.
