Clifford Dewayne Brelsford, 87, of Sun City, passed on October 10, 2011. Born June 29, 1924 in Summerfield, KS.
He is survived by daughters: Crystal Zevon & Caren vonGontard; grandchildren: Ariel Zevon and Paul vonGontard; and great-grandsons: Max and Gus Zevon-Powell.
He was an Air Force pilot in the 22nd Bomb Squadron in World War II; graduated from KSU with a B.S. in Business Admin. In 1956, the family moved to Aspen, Colorado where they lived until Cliff and Barbara retired in Sun City in 1978. Clifford lost his wife of 60 years four years ago. They had known each other since 4th grade. Though he never completely recovered from the loss, along with devotion to family, his love of music and the bands he played in gave him joy to the very end.

Services will be on Saturday, October 15th at 3:00 P.M. at Sun City Christian Church, 9745 W. Palmeras Dr., Sun City AZ 85373.
