Beatrice Christopher Tentes passed away in SF, the city of her birth on 2/16/2013 at the age of 95 years. Bea spent her career as the Secretary to the Admiral at Treasure Island from the beginning of WWII until 1960 when she married Spiron Tentes. They remained married for 30 years until his death.
Bea is survived by her sisters Helen Christopher and Ethel Davies, her nephew Michael Davies, his wife Rosemarie and daughter Alexis and her nephew Christopher Davies, his wife Diane & son Austin. She was predeceased by her husband Spiron, brother George Christopher and family members Mitchell Davies, James Davies and Michelle Davies.
Friends are invited to attend the Trisagion Service 7 PM Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at HALSTED N. GRAY - CAREW & ENGLISH, 1123 Sutter St., SF. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday, Feb 21, 2013 at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 999 Brotherhood Way, SF. Interment Greek Orthodox Cemetery.
