Preceded in death by his father Louis Earl and sister Jeannette, he is survived by mother Betty Rizan, sister Jody Everett (Bill), brothers James Rizan Jr., Timothy Rizan (Anna), loving aunts and uncles and many nieces and nephews. Friends and family are invited to attend visitation on Friday, June 1, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Lind Brothers Funeral Home, 4221 Manzanita Ave., Carmichael, CA. Graveside service will be Saturday, June 2, 12:00 PM at Calvary Cemetery, 7201 Verner Ave., Sacramento, CA.
