William "Bill" Bales Sr. was born on February 19, 1924 and passed away peacefully on April 6, 2015. Bill served in the U.S. Navy during WWII on the USS Lansdowne. He was a longtime Fullerton resident. Bill is survived by his children, Bill Jr., Bob, Donald and Connie Rush; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Gerry Bales.

Viewing will be held at Shannon Bryan Mortuary in Orange from 5 - 7:30 PM on Thursday, April 9th.

Services will be held at St. John's Lutheran Church, Orange, CA, Friday, April 10th, at 9:30 AM.
