Joseph Arico, II

Our beloved husband, son, father, brother, uncle and Godfather, passed away on April 20, 2015. Joseph was born on February 26, 1963 in Los Angeles, CA. He attended Holy Trinity Catholic School, St. John Bosco High School and graduated from Bishop Montgomery High School. Joe was an excellent athlete that excelled in almost every sport. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed being around those he loved. Joseph is survived by his loving parents, Joseph and Barbara Arico; his adoring wife, Michele Arico and their daughter, Gianna; his son and daughter, Joseph Arico, III and Mari Arico and their mother Cristina; his daughter, Hannah and her mother, Heather. He is also survived by his siblings, Lisa (Phillip) Ganoe, Lara (Phillip) Vitale, and Mario (Claudia) Arico; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends. Although Joseph's passing brings us great sadness, he will always be in our thoughts and will forever be in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, the Arico family asks that donations be made to the Nyanja Learning Corp. Down Syndrome Center, 801 Park Center Drive #100, Santa Ana, CA 92705, Attn: Chrissy. Visitation and Vigil was held on Monday, April 27, 2015 at McNerney's Mortuary Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be offered today, Tuesday, April 28, 2015, 12:30 p.m. at Mary Star of the Sea Church followed by interment at Green Hills Memorial Park.
