Cutler, Steven Douglas, age 63, passed away in the comfort of his home on Monday, June 13, 2011 with loving family at his side. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Jane Cutler; daughter, Julie Cutler; son, Scott Cutler; son, Bobby Cutler (Ashley); mother, Virginia Cutler Bowland; brother, Greg Cutler (Kaye); brother, Jeff Cutler (Elisa); and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Jean and Craig Rohrer. He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Cutler, and sister, Karen Cutler. Steve was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina on April 3, 1948. Following the death of his father, the family relocated to Huntington Beach, CA where he graduated in 1966 from Marina High School. He met Jane the summer of 1969 while working at Disneyland and they married November 7, 1970. Steve will be greatly missed by family, friends, and coworkers. He was a math teacher in the Anaheim Union High School District for 38 years, retiring in June 2010 from Dale Jr. High School. Those that knew him will remember him as a gentle soul with a warm (and sometimes mischievous!) smile, for his unsuspecting humor, selfless nature, and love of food and golf. Memorial Service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2011 at 11:00 am at Hilgenfeld Mortuary Chapel, Anaheim. Private Interment. In Lieu of Flowers, the family has requested donations be directed in his honor to the Johnnie L. Cochran, Jr. Brain Tumor Center at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Hilgenfeld Mortuary
