Cook, Mary Anne (Cavallo), 87, of N. Tustin, Sept. 2, 1923 - June 14, 2011. Mary passed away from cancer in the comfort of her niece's home (Jeanette Boag) with her family and aide at her side. Mary was born in Orange, NJ and came to Calif. in 1948 to marry her husband, Ernest A. Cook (deceased), whom she met while he was stationed in New Jersey. She is survived by her brothers, Carmine and Anthony Cavallo (New Jersey), 15 nieces and nephews, 30 great-nieces and nephews, 28 great-great-nieces and nephews and 4 great-great-great-nieces and nephews. Her parents, Josephine and Angelo, brother Alfred, and sister Phyllis predeceased her. Funeral service will be held Monday June 20, 2011 In Saddleback Chapel - Tustin at 1O30 a.m.. Visitation will be held from 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. prior to the service. Interment to follow at All Souls Cemetery, Long Beach.
