Victor A. Cistulli

Vic left us suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, April 29, 2015. Vic was born to Joseph and Lucille Cistulli in San Francisco. He grew up in Willow Glen and graduated from Willow Glen H.S. Throughout his life, Vic was many things: he was an auctioneer, song writer, jingle-meister, story teller, jokester, ad writer, commercial producer and entrepreneur. Vic was bigger than life. He was most proud of working with Don Lima and his contributions to the early days of Christmas in the Park and PAL Celebrity Baseball games, and of course the song he co-wrote about his favorite city, "This is My Home- San Jose." Vic was founder and creator of Pro Italy clothing line.
Lately, Vic's pleasures were having coffee at Peet's with the guys on Lincoln Ave and telling stories, hanging out with his professional athlete friends, being a regular at Hooters in Dublin and Blue Water Seafood & Crab in Willow Glen. He loved feeling the cool breeze on his smiling face while zooming around the Delta with his brother on their boat or driving to Palm Springs, talking a mile a minute the whole way. Most recently, Vic worked at Cassara's Clothiers, Dublin. He loved to make people laugh and became immediate friends with everyone he met. Vic loved life and he lived it his way.
He is survived by his loving mother, Lucille, his dearest brother and friend Anthony (Suzanne), his beloved nephew, Joseph (Megan) Cistulli and his sweet great-niece, Leah. Vic was predeceased by his father Joseph and his adoring niece, Angela Marie Cistulli.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Christopher Church in San Jose on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 11:00 am. A celebration of Vic's life will follow at Blue Water Seafood & Crab restaurant at 12:30 pm (located on the corner of Bird & Willow) afterwards for family and friends.
