Ruiz, Armando "Muggins", of Huntington Beach, passed away on April 2, 2015 at Orange Coast Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his family. He was 72.

Armando is survived by his wife of 41 years, Cathy; son, Jaime (wife Christina); daughter, Amanda "Mandy" (husband Walter); and youngest son, Armando Jr. "A.J" (wife Mena). He is also survived by his grandchildren: Nico (9), Nash (5), Carolina (4) and William (2). Muggins also leaves behind his sister, Martha; brother, Carlos (wife Mary); brother, Junior (wife Tresa); sister, Patsy (husband Paul); and sister, Irma (husband Bob).

There is a public viewing at Heritage-Dilday Memorial on Tuesday, April 7, 2015, from 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family
