Becker Jr., Henry "Hank" J., passed away on January 2, 2015 at his home in Garden Grove. He was 81. He is survived by the love of his life, Mary Ann; daughters, Linda and Julie; grandchildren, Erin, Frankie, Sherrie, Jeff and Kevin; two great grandchildren, Lyla and Kai; and his sister, Lina. Hank was a native Californian, born in Pasadena. Although his career was in commercial bakery sales, his passion was cars. Hank was a car racing and antique car enthusiast. He was a local dirt track sprint car racer in the 1950s and 1960s. He continued racing as a hobby throughout his lifetime. He collected, bought and sold 100s if not 1000s of classic and antique cars, as well as rare motorcycles. Hank had many friends who shared his love of cars. Hank and Mary Ann were well-known at the weekly car "cruise" on downtown Main Street in Garden Grove each Friday evening. He was a proud veteran, having served in the Navy. Hank will be deeply missed by his family and friends. A memorial will be held on January 17, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at Saddleback Chapel located at 220 East Main Street, Tustin, CA 92780.
