Wendy Lee Ullman, 63, of San Francisco, California passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2014.

She was born in Highland Park, Illinois on April 27, 1951 to Thomas and Virginia Ullman. Wendy attended New Trier East High School in Winnettka, Illinois, graduated from Mills College and later earned a masters degree in rehabilitation counseling at SF State and a MFCC license.

Wendy was a beloved member of the community and was a member of Seventh Avenue Presbyterian church. She was a diabetes educator, therapist and served as a disable students councilor at College of Marin.

Wendy is survived by her son, Michael Duarte of San Francisco, California.
