Warren Mark Seward
January 13, 1959 - August 21, 2014
Warren Mark Seward passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 at Highland Hospital in Oakland. He died after being fatally injured from a fall at his home in the Berkeley hills.

Warren was born in 1959 and raised in Berkeley. He graduated from Berkeley High School, class of 1977, and continued his education at the University of California, Berkeley. He worked in the computer industry as an experienced security technician. Warren was an avid sailor and competitive windsurfer and was happiest when competing and racing on the waters of the San Francisco Bay and Pacific Ocean. He passed his love of sailing to many while teaching at the Berkeley Marina.

Warren is survived by his parents, Elsa Hietberg-Seward of Berkeley and Norm Seward of Albany, Oregon, and his brothers Eric, Sean and Josh. He was loved by many and leaves his family and friends awash in a wake of happy memories.
