Tributes for

Fardella, Grace

Grace Fardella was the wife of Tony Fardella who preceded her in death in 1999. She is survived by her daughter Francine, son-in-law Rene, precious granddaughter Dena, sister Ruthie, brother-in-law Fred, nephew Jay and his family.
Her dream was to become an Airline Stewardess, , but when the World War II broke out she went to work at Schlage lock in San Francisco. In 1946 she married and became a housewife. She always was a stylish woman and never left her front door unless her jewelry, clothes and socks matched and every hair was in place. She was the generation of woman that wore her best suit, hat and gloves whenever she went to Market street in San Francisco.
In later years she moved to Atria of Daly City where she met a lot of nice people, enjoyed playing Bingo, going on the Monday scenic rides and being one of the ambassadors.
Rest in peace mom, you are now free of aches, pains, disappointments, occasional forgetfulness, your walker and Depends. Private services were held under the direction of Valente Marini Perata & Co. Funeral Directors, San Francisco.
