Marshall, Howard M., passed away on July 5, 2014, at 98 years of age after a brief illness. He follows his wife of 60 years, Darlene Marshall, who died in 2003. He is survived by his children, Patricia Marshall Ryan and Gary Marshall, his cherished best friend, Beth Green, and two grandchildren and five great grandchildren. He grew up on a farm near Bethany, Illinois working with horsedrawn equipment. He was a WWII veteran and worked for the Social Security Administration for 35 years. He loved traveling in the motorhome, carpentry projects, and jigsaw puzzles. He was a long-time usher at Calvary Church. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Services will be held at Shannon Bryan Mortuary on July 9, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
