Beverly Jeanne Weisberg
9-16-1930 to 9-19-2013
Born September 16th, 1930 in Fort Morgan Colorado, passed away peacefully on September 19, 2013 after a long bout with Alzheimer's. Beverly and her late husband, Richard Joe Weisberg, moved to Redlands in 1954 from Longmont Colorado, where they would settle and raise a family of five sons. Beverly is survived by her five children, Rick Weisberg of Hereford Arizona, Randy Weisberg of Louisville Kentucky, Brad Weisberg of Morgan Hill California, Gary Weisberg of Yorba Linda California, and Bill Weisberg of Salt Lake City Utah. Bev also leaves behind five daughters-in-law, nine grandchildren, four great grand- children, and a sister Joan Taylor of Manhattan, New York. Outside of the home, Beverly held various elementary school teaching positions, the longest of which was with Valley Preparatory Elementary School in Redlands California. Beverly received her Master's Degree in music from the University of Redlands, and was active in the community with the Boy Scouts, the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, the YWCA, and the Yucaipa Square Dance Club. Her Zest for life, contagious laugh, commitment to family and friends, and her quest to find harmony in every one of her relationships will be missed by all that knew her. Bev's legacy will be the values and character that she bestowed in each of her five sons and the love that she showed towards others. In Lieu of flowers, the family suggests making a donation in Beverly's name to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eight Avenue, 7th Floor, New York NY, 10001.
