Hendrickson, Bert George "B.G.", passed away on February 28th, 2013 in Newport Beach, California.

A devoted husband, father and grandfather, B.G. is survived by his wife of 48 years, Donna Amestoy Hendrickson; son and daughter-in-law, Troy and Janis Hendrickson; their two children, his daughter Kara Cook and her two children; brother and sister-in-law, Jerry and Lee Hendrickson; and sister and brother-in-law Jo and Tony Cristian.

B.G. grew up in Los Angeles. His first employment was selling the Herald Examiner Newspaper by the Los Angeles Coliseum. Later on he joined his father at Green Auto Parts, saving enough money to buy his first car, a 1950 Ford, known as a "shoe box". B.G. and his brother worked at Green Auto Parts until moving the business to Orange County. He had a great interest in history and enjoyed all sports, especially participating with his children in their sports activities. Along with his love of baseball and football his favorite pastime was spent on the golf course.
