John Ralph Coury

January 2, 1923 - February 22, 2013

Beloved Husband, Father, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle and Friend.

John passed away peacefully in his hospital bed, with Raymond by his side. His strong faith in God was a shining example throughout his life's journey.

As the sixth of ten children born to Myriam and Thomas, he enjoyed spending time with his brothers, sisters, children, niece and nephews. John met Delane and they had a loving marriage that spanned 38 years. John and Delane retired and traveled extensively throughout the US and abroad visiting family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Delane; daughters, Lori (Raymond) Jaurequi and Lisa (Jim) Deas; son, Mark (Ellen) Winters; sister, Mary Robinson; brothers. Dick (Bonnie) Coury and Ron Coury as well as seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

His viewing will be Friday March 01, 2013 from 1pm to 7pm at Brown Mortuary, Santa Ana, CA. Rosary will be recited on Saturday, March 2, 2013, 10:15 am at San Antonio Catholic Church, 5800 E Santa Ana Canyon Rd, Anaheim, CA 92807. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated immediately following the Rosary.
