Kirshner, Jason Scott, 42, tragically passed away Sunday, 6/24/12 while competing in the Breath of Life Triathlon in Ventura, CA. Formerly of Alaska, San Francisco and Los Angeles, Jason had been a resident of Ladera Ranch, CA for 10 years. Born on February, 3, 1970 in Los Angeles to Ruth Kirshner and the late Eugene Kirshner, Jason was an avid world traveler, a loving son, brother and uncle and loyal friend to people across the world. He was part owner and principal of two Orange County-based PR firms for the past 10 years, working with all types of business, big and small, and truly enjoyed working with his clients, colleges and employees.

Jason is survived by his mother, Ruth Kirshner; sisters, Shana Johnson and Ronit Gerard; niece, Hannah Johnson and nephews, Shai and Micah Gerard. A true humanitarian with a warm and adventurous nature, Jason will be missed by the hundreds of people that will always love him.
