Manly, Ross, age 51, born and died in Sacramento. Youngest son of Mary Manly and the late Robert Manly, Ross was a long-time postal carrier. Friendly and outgoing, he made friends wherever he went. An avid water skier, wake boarder, scuba diver and snowboarder, he was funny and fun to be around.
