Ward, Kelly Millar
Surrounded by family, Kelly Millar Ward passed away on March 10, 2016. During her 22-month battle with cancer, Kelly infused each day with the unique joy, humor and perspective that made her so memorable. The resilience and courage Kelly showed while enduring a number of challenging cancer treatments was inspiring. For her family, this was a testament to her bravery and more importantly, a great act of love. Kelly was an adored wife and best friend to Tim Ward; an engaged and vibrant mother to her four children, Laure, Claire, Max and Sophie Kohne; a joyful and irrepressible daughter to Nancy and Richard Millar Jr.; and a supportive sister and role model to Adam and Richard Millar. We will be celebrating Kelly at 2:30 p.m. on April 1, 2016 at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church in Newport Beach, CA. Thereafter we will honor Kelly at the Lido Isle Yacht Club from 4:00 to 7:00 amid some of her favorite things: good wine, boats, the water, and a sunset.
