Albert John Susanka, born June 19, 1927 in Seattle, WA, passed away on September 27, 2015 in Mission Viejo, CA. He was surrounded by Marjorie, his loving wife of 66 years and his 7 children at the time of his passing. His favorite hymns were sung at his bedside as he exited this earth and received his heavenly reward. Albert was well known for leading the Rosary before daily Mass at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church for many decades and for his devotion to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. He is survived by his wife, Marjorie (Redding) Susanka; his 7 children: Margie (Tom), Mary (Robert), Alice (Ron), Mark (Sharon), Matt (Shelley), Bridget, and Bert (Susan); as well as 24 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Kathleen Wachter (Susanka). His Rosary and Funeral Mass will be at St. Bonaventure Catholic Church, 16400 Springdale St., Huntington Beach, CA 92649 on Friday, October 2, 2015 at 10:30 AM.
