Passed away November 11, 2015. Born on May 17, 1932 in Ada, Oklahoma. She was a longtime resident of Del Paso Heights. Bobbie was a 35 year employee of the Grant Joint Union School District. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Scoby, sons, Tyree Green and Willie "Buddy" Oliphant, Jr. She is survived by her sons, Columbus "Tookie" Green and Hank McGee, and daughter, Geraldine "Princess" Loper, a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives, and friends. Friends are welcome for visitation on Monday, November 23, 2015, 4-7 PM at MORGAN JONES CHAPEL OF CHIMES, 4200 Broadway, Sacramento, CA 95817. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00 AM at MORGAN JONES. Interment to follow at Sunset Lawn, 4701 Marysville Blvd., Sacramento, CA 95838.
