53, of Mesa, AZ died peacefully on Wednesday July 15, 2015. Mike was born July 3, 1962, in Ogden, UT. Shortly after his birth Mike's parents moved to Mesa, AZ. Mike graduated from Mesa High School in 1981. From an early age Mike worked in various fields, i.e.: paperboy, fast food industry (KFC), construction, glazing, environmental consulting and home inspector. For the last 17 years Mike, along with his wife Penny, owned and operated RV Delivery Service, LLC. Mike enjoyed driving; he reached the million-mile mark in 2008 and was well on his way to completing two-million miles on the road. Mike is survived by his wife, Penny; his son, Joshua (Jennifer), their two children, Trinity and Gage; step children, Brian, Pamela and Kyle (Meghan); sister, Christine (Gregory); father, Rocky (Janice); step father, Jimmy; many nephews, nieces and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Verna. Mike was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, nephew and friend. He was especially known for his strong work ethic, willingness to help others, his sense of humor, and sincere generosity. Mike treasured his family and was thrilled to be "papa" to his grandchildren. He was someone people could count on for just about anything. Mike loved serving and helping others in need. His favorite past times were spending time at Disneyland, camping, riding his toys, and watching movies or TV shows. Along with being an avid gun enthusiast and motorcycle rider, Mike enjoyed working in his shop. He will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew him. Mike's Celebration of Life service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday July 25th, at Life Link Church, 725 W. Warner Road Gilbert, AZ 85233. Reception will follow the service at the church.
