Elder Howard ascended on April 5, 2016 at the age of 88. Leaving his wife Ilean, eight children, and a host of grandchildren, other family, church family and dear friends. All are welcome for visitation on Thurs, April 14, 4 - 5:30pm, followed by a remembrance service from 5:30 - 7pm both at Morgan Jones Chapel of Chimes, 4200 Broadway, and attend his celebration of life on Friday, April 15, at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, at 11am, 920 Los Robles Blvd. Interment at Sunset Lawn.
